In the lateral view the ear, shoulder, hip and ankle dots will be connected. This pro-
vides information regarding forward head offset and pelvic tilt.
You might notice in the lateral view, all the dots are connected except the dot on the
knee. This is normal. To estimate hip tilt we calculate the angle generated between the dot
on the knee and the dot on the hip. In the picture it's represented as 2 degrees. We make
the calculation but don't draw the line.
