Use of VenturaDesigns softwre is goverend by a user license agreement. This document outlines what you can and can't do with the software.
All DVD Sales Are Final. We will replace defective disks.
All Posters and Fine Art Prints sales are final. We will replace prints and posters damaged during shipping to you. Damage claim must be made immediately.
Software may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless software has been unlocked.
Once a software unlock code is provided, no return of the software for a refund is allowed.
License Agreement for Web Site Add-ons
All web add-on files remain the sole property of VenturaDesigns. You are purchasing a license to use the files on a single site. You may not share the files with others, rent, sell, lease or otherwise transfer this license. You may not edit the files, other then to change web pages to alter their placement on the page. In addition, in the case of the rotating spine, you agree to add a few simple lines of HTML code that will prevent the right-clicking of the image to save it to a viewers hard drive.
