The DVD video is divided into two parts.
Part One is an animated presentation with background music and voice-over describing the importance of good posture to health and performance, and explaining how bad posture can have a negative effect on the health of the spine and other joints and organs.
Part Two is a demonstration of the exercises and stretches designed to reverse the effects of poor posture, and bring you back to a more balanced and powerful state.
You will also receive a pdf file to print a hard copy of the exercises, all 12 on the front and back of a single sheet of paper. (English and letter format only)
