Top Installation Surfaces:
Smooth, non-textured, matte, eggshell, semi-gloss or gloss painted drywall / sheetrock. If you experience any problems with the adhesive not sticking to a painted wall try the inside of the door. Not all interior paints are created equal and different paints react differetly to the light tack adhesive used.
• Smooth, non-textured, gloss painted drywall / sheetrock.
• Other smooth, non-textured, non-porous surfaces such as glass or metal.
Other Surfaces :
• Any smooth, non-textured wall paper.
• Flat, smooth, finished wood surfaces such as paneling or doors.
NOT Recommended:
• Textured wallpaper.
• Textured walls (speckled, orange peel, etc).
• Cinder block or brick.
• Unpainted drywall / sheetrock.
• Outdoor wall surfaces.
• Vehicles.
