Technical Support Fees

NOTE: When ordering Support Credits Select Support as the shipping method, otherwise shipping charges will apply.

 

VenturaDesigns is committed to providing free technical support. We have noticed during the past few months that, on average, we can handle 5 e-mail requests for technical support in the time it takes for a single phone support call. We have found that virtually every support call could have been handled faster, and with greater satisfaction to the customer, via e-mail versus phone.

Starting January 1st, we will continue to offer FREE technical support via e-mail, but will charge on a per incident basis for voice support. We will offer the first 30 days of software voice support free. After that, voice technical support will be charged at a rate of $25 per incident.

If VenturaDesigns determines your are a qualified customer, the following charges will also apply:

  • To move programs from the unlocked computer to another computer you must first use the red uninstall button at the software registration screen. There is a $25 charge for this service.
  • There is also a $25 charge to unlock a new computer if the old computer has failed or been stolen.
  • And there is a $25 charge for each computer unlocked for qualified software like ChiroPath, DC PowerTools, AnatomyPro, Therapy Pro, PowerCiser and Brochure Pro.

Remote Software Install Service

If the PC with our software is connected to the Internet we can provide a remote Software Installation Call. In a flash we can look at your computer, install our software and make any configuration changes necessary, as well as entering any unlock codes.

Normal Internet Support hours are M-F 9:00AM-4:00PM Central Time Zone. Other hours may be available upon request.

If the PC with our software is connected to the Internet we can provide a remote Support Call. In a flash we can look at your computer and make any necessary changes, including transferring any files from our support computer to yours.

Upon completion of this request we will contact you regarding available session times available and how to connect to our computers.

Unverified Transfer of LIcense

When we cannot verify the uninstallation of the license authorization, the transfer fee is $100.
