We think this is the best posture grid ever! It's nearly seven feet tall and comprised of seven major horizontal lines and three vertical lines that hold one inch squares. This grid was specially designed to provide rapid visual clues to the person's posture. As part of the grid is a life-sized image of what normal posture in the lateral view should look like.
This grid is great as a stand-alone posture education tool. It's also fantastic to use with Posture Pro and it's self-correcting auto-tilt mode.
The DVD video is divided into two parts.
Part One is an animated presentation with background music and voice-over describing the importance of good posture to health and performance, and explaining how bad posture can have a negative effect on the health of the spine and other joints and organs.
