I don’t think there has ever been a patient education system as
comprehensive, easy to use and cost effective as The Black
Box. No expensive and heavy TV to worry about mounting. No computer
learning curve. No crazy connections to run. No monthly content contracts.
With the Black Box you literally
take it out of the box, put it on your desk (with optional desk stand) or
hang it on the wall, and turn it on. It instantly
starts playing content. If you need to move it to another location, simply
unplug it and hang it in the next room. There is even an optional floor stand to
use The Black Box at outside events or to play
through your windows at night.
The screen is 20" (measured diagonally), and super bright. It is only
slightly thicker than a standard picture frame.
But it’s the content that comes standard with every
Black Box that sets it apart from the competition.
When you turn on your Black Box it immediately starts playing
the first movie, or using the remote control you can show all the available
movies and select the one you want to play. You can have the Black Box loop a
single movie, or play through all the movies and then repeat.
Here is the current content list of the Black Box.
 Content Stream #1 is a 60
minute movie of over 70 scenes. Notice we said "scenes" and not slides. Our
content is comprised of actual 30 fps movie scenes. The difference in visual
impact and effectiveness is enormous. The scenes cover just about every topic of
interest in a chiropractic office. And because there are so many, it is unlikely
that a patient will see the same scene twice. The content is from our famous
Waiting Room Wonder series, updated to take advantage of the incredible
technology of The Black Box.
 Content Stream #2 is our
collection of Anatomy Art, specially formatted for The
Black Box. If purchased as prints the collection is valued at over
$8,000. But you get them as part of the basic Black Box
package to play them as waiting room entertainment, or as "living" art in your
office or home. Over 80 different anatomy art scenes with special transitions
and viewing effects like pan, zoom and rotate.
 Content Stream #3 is our well
known video on Posture and Health. Like all the movies, it can be set to loop
for nonstop education in the office or at outside events.
 Content Stream #4 is our video
on Backpack Safety for Kids. It’s a complete education video on the importance
of a properly loaded and fitted backpack.
 Content Stream #5 is our 32 minute
new patient video. It walks the viewer through the complete education process of
a new chiropractic patient.

If this wasn’t enough, you can actually add your own content in
the form of mpeg videos or jpeg image files. With the standard high speed 8GB CF
card you have tons of storage for your own content or for future content from
VenturaDesigns.
For example, if you use PowerPoint you can create a slide
featuring pictures and info about your clinic or special services you offer.
Export as a jpg image file and copy it to the Black Box
CF card. You can also send the PowerPoint file to us and we will output the file
and place it in your custom Content Stream #1. There is a small charge for this
service.
I don’t believe there is another patient education system that is as
versatile as the Black Box.
